BadgerCare Plus
BadgerCare Plus is a healthcare program based on income and certain allowable deductions. You can apply for this program by completing an application in any of the four ways described along the column to the right.
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) are selected once an applicant is eligible and enrolled in BadgerCare Plus. Below are a few helpful links when beginning to learn about HMOs and the selection process:

Are you an adult between 19-64 years old who is not pregnant and with no dependent children living in the home? State law requires new rules for you beginning February 1, 2020.
